Adding SSL to 3.x site - what do I need to change

Hi,

I am adding an SSL Cert to my site.

What changes do I have to make so that the site starts to use it?

Is it as simple as the following entries in the adminCP?

Forum URL
Homepage URL

Changing the http:// to https://
