Please advise how i can reduce or remove the size of below File Type Image

I am using VB 4.1.12 Patch Level 3.

That is not the standard image in a default skin, what is a link to a post with a image so we can see what is going on.

You need to upload the attach icons for that file type, and it'll fix itself.
