Change sign-up age for member

Hello,

I have an adult content forum, and since i updated to 4.2.1 i discovered that the registration system lets in user who are under 18. I have searched on this forum looking for a answer but i come up short.

I want to let people over 18 register at my forum, not anyone under that age.

Does anyone know how to do this?
