VB 3.8 aggregate forum

I need a modification that allows me to have an aggregate forum. Essentially, lets assume I have two forums set up on my VB 3.8 installation - forum A and forum B.

I want to be able to set up a new forum, forum C, that aggregates all the posts from both forum A and forum B.

Make sense?
