Over the last two days, one particular user (Th3H4ak, hack@er.com (I banned (@er.com)) has inserted himself twice to my system, around all my security measures without a traceable IP address and around an e-mail domain ban. So far nothing seems to have been altered but this is very worrisome as I can't find a way to stop this without taking action on my part that is just as questionable.

If anyone has any suggestions or instruction on how to handle this I would be deeply appreciative. For the time being I've disabled user registration and account creation; but beyond that I'm not sure what to do.
