Encoding problem
It's possible to change this plugin in order to accept portuguese characters like ? ? ?
This all the changes must be done in the .js script Example: Pe%u00E7o should be Pe?o |

I know the developer has not been helpful in that thread for awhile, but you should post your question in there, maybe someone else who is using the bod has come across the issue before.

I was able to store the reason into the db in the right way, now just missing that part

Maybe try this, you can always change it back if it has unexpected issues elswhere.
Set your language encoding to UTF-8 under Languages & Phrases -> Language Manager -> %Your Language% -> Edit Settings. |

I solved the problem editing the 'class_reportitem.php' (NOT RECOMMENDED)
