When i go to the member page (member.php) i get this design error.

Anyone know how to fix this ?

Try rebuilding your avatar thumbnails. (Admin CP -> Maintenance -> General Update Tools -> Rebuild Custom Avatar Thumbnails and Rebuild Avatar Thumbnails)

Make sure that both thumbnail folders are writable by PHP. (By default, these are customavatars/thumbs and images/avatars/thumbs.)

Did you clear your cookies and try a hard refresh on the browser, Ctrl + F5?

Glad it worked. I am not sure, the mod you posted in seems similar, all I can say is install it and see.
