Have them check your server error logs. Also give them the error you got, thy will know what to do.

Most shared hosting isnt going to up memory limits for one vhosted site, as it will affect all sites on that server, if your on your own private server thats a different story.
You should disable "display_errors" in your LOCAL php.ini Check my sig links. |
