How to fix navbar issue
I am trying to stop the text overlap. It has New Posts and Home on top of each other. Id also like to center the links if possible. Ive tried searching but cannot figure it out. Here is a screenshot. If you need any other info please just ask.

We need a link to your site. With a developer tool I (or someone else) can experiment with the css and (usually) find a solution in a few minutes. Going back and forth with suggestions here on vB.org could take all day

When dealing with CSS issues, it is impossible to tell what is going on from just an image. It is easier to use a tool like firebug to view the CSS and see what is happening. So, can you please supply a link and a test username/password, if needed, to see the problem.
