Change in style by editing code. Doesn't work?
Hi,
I made changes in style by editing code. Nothing take effects. Even if I delete the codes from the style and save the style than I again check it on main page. It shows there. Is there any update counter needed or in general setting so quickly update any changes made in style by editing?. Please let me know thanks --------------- Added [DATE]1377513225[/DATE] at [TIME]1377513225[/TIME] --------------- Looks like template editing for ad_navbar_below doesn't work at all and showing old setting after removal of the codes. So any help please |

After making changes, have you flushed any caching systems you may be running, and tried a hard refresh Ctrl + F5, or cleared your cookies.

I've found when I edit JavaScript I have to do 2 hard refreshes to clear caching. Not sure about css edits.

If you have modifications like vB Optimise or similar, try clearing their cache and/or disabling then hard refreshing.
Edit: Try editing the navbar template directly then saving, if your code shows then you know its an issue with said ad template/location as it shows in navbar template etc. |
