Have someone else tweets automatically posted in the forum

We do not have acces to this persons twitter account. This person is a public official who makes job related public tweets.

Whenever this person posts a tweet we would like to have it included in the forum automatically as a new post to an excisting thread or a whole new thread.

Can that be done ?
