I know this question has been asked before but when I searched it I only got a bunch of unrelated threads, nothing about banning per se. Here is my problem, and I'm sure other admins have been having this same issue. I have some members that when you ban them they just re-register. I'm sure there's a hack to prevent this but I couldn't find one (version 4.x).

What are my best options, other than the standard ban (and watch them re=register...)? Thanks
