Can't log-in ..HELP

I was trying to change the page that loads up when someone goes to my site. I did something wrong because now all that comes up is text and links with NO styling. AND, when I try to log-in it tells me that page does not exist??

How can I gain access in order to change what I screwed up?

DISREGARD: Problem solved by accessing cp through ftp
