Are you sure you're not using an Internet Explorer tab in Chrome? I don't even get that icon in Chrome. But I do in IE. In IE it is in English.

I will let Paul know, see if he has any ideas.

Ah I found the issue. It was because I had the vBulletin WYSIWYG extension for chrome enabled.
