Fill form (Email)

Hi,

I need som help with something that I want to do. I want too have a fill form on my site there people can fill in questions and then push the send button and it will be sent to my e-mail address. I'm going to use this for a recruitment section on my site and for now people have to login manually on there email and paste the questions and answers.

Is there a way?
