Add buttons to Quick Reply

In vBulletin 4.2 how can I add a button, such as the code tag to the quick reply? I don't see the templates to edit.

I don't think there's any way to add anything. It's all hard coded in the editor script

I have been able to edit the ckeditor.php to add buttons to the quick reply but I have not been able to add the attachment button. It seems to work a little differently, can anyone provide some assistance?

This is from the ckeditor.php file int he forum/vb folder. I added the Attach line below the Smiley lines in a couple places in the file. I just copied it from the other section that had it for the advanced reply.

The undo and redo work fine but the attach button doesn't show up.

Having the same issue, can't add attachment button to quickreply. Anyone find a way to make it work?
