I've seached and I'm not sure, if someone could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it!

Is this possible?

I want a chat that could fit right under the Private message on the forum. The chat would be seen as soon as the person comes to the page without clicking on anything to go to chat. They would have to have a member name in order to chat, but could read if they were a guest.
