Sub-Forum on a new TAB

I am trying to do a sub forum on a New Tab like vBulletin

Okay, so far I know how to create the Tab, but how do I point to the sub-forum like Mods, Styles, Graphics without showing it in the Forums ?

I am using vBulletin 4.2.1

Would somebody guide me step by step.

If you set the Display Order to 0 (in the Forum Manager), then it will not show on the Forums list.
