New post not appearing in Recent Threads

I have the "Recent Threads" widget on my homepage. All new posts are reflected in the widget except posts from 1 particular forum.

My homepage is http://www.soft.com.sg

and the forum that is not updating is http://www.soft.com.sg/forum/forumdisplay.php?32

What could be the reason?

Can I re-upload any files to solve this?
