I want to add forums on a separate page for my vip's and have another page exclusive for them. Is there anyway I can add forums to a different page instead of just hiding them or putting tabs?

You may do so by creating a custom page and using custom code (probably copy the forum.php code but modify it to only show your forums). You cannot do this with default vbulletin.
