Every theme has worked perfectly; however, soon as I deleted the children of all the children in metro (read that one more time if you read it too fast!), I can no longer switch to those themes. It automatically goes back to the regular theme "Metro".

e.g: I can't select Metro Fluid Lime. It'll immediately go back to "Metro".

Oddly enough, the "Black Fluid" works because it still has it's child theme. If I deleted the child theme, it would no longer work.

Try

Turn on debug mode.
admincp->Rebuild->RebuildStyleInformation.

For the end-user of course admincp->maintenance->clear_system_cache and clear your browser cache.

It might help.

I have no idea what you're talking about. I don't see any of those options in my ACP.
