sub-menu question

Hey all,

How do I assign sub-menu to specific mods/pages? For example, my chat room is

http://www.talkjesus.com/chat.php?tabid=109

So, I'd like to add a custom sub-menu (aka menu link in navigation manager) to show up only when viewing the chat.php page. How can I do this exactly?
