I haven't used vBulletin for two years now, all of a sudden today my email was spammed and is currently being spammed with a lockout notification because someone is entering in a wrong password. I looked up the IP address and it's from Indonesia -_- what can I do to stop this??

vBorg has someone trying to brute force accounts, we're aware of the situation but there isn't a ton we can do about it.

What about limiting login to the original ip we registered with - by request?

Someone please do this with my account.

I've had nearly 200 login attempts so far today.

We already do, 5 per user, per ip. That's built into the software.

If you go to your User CP ->Edit Options and uncheck the box to receive Admin emails that may stop them from coming- but it will basically stop all important emails.

I say may because I don't have a version of Vb 3.6 to test how it worked.
