Assent Manager Cuts Files Name

Hi,

When im uploading files throw that asset manager the files name is cutting and adds a unrecognized symbols you can see this picture:

the file full name is "החוג_למערכות_מידע_ניהוליות"

as you can see its in Hebrew and RTL language how can i set the asset manager files name the file normally?
