CMS Editor Went Poof?

I have had my VB up and running for a few days and just today I went to edit a article in the cms and the editor is almost completely gone. I didn't install anything and don't remeber changing any setting from the last time I wrote with the editor at which time it was there and fully functional.

Have been searching trying to find a setting related to it but no luck.

The only options I have now when writing a article are smileys, attachments, and insert image. And all text in the post shows in raw code.

Any ideas?
