Forum URL showing up twice when I hover?

<a href="http://www.bodybuildingkingdom.com/forum" target="_blank">http://www.bodybuildingkingdom.com/forum</a>

if you hover over anything on the homepage such as a board name, the link on the bottom shows the URL of the forum twice. If you click the link it goes to the right page but I hate that it is displaying it twice.
