Mobile suite and forum runner?

So, what's the difference - is it just that forum runner keep it updated and submit it to the stores for you?

There are differences in the way the programs work, but primarily I think the difference is that with mobile suite you upload a branded app for your forum members to use, while with forum runner they have to get or buy a non-branded app (an app that is universal for all forums).
