Nice reading, thanks. I agree with many things Scott said like for example the importance of self-independence.

It was a nice read, i love his attitude on the vb licensed feedback section.

You are doing a great job Sheley, is it possible for you to interview Steve Machol for us again. I've read an interview of him on another admin forum but it's a pretty old one.
