Why is this happening?

So I manually changed the logo of my website..
spoiler.. this is work in progress

I set a splash redirect to my website..
the main page is to

gaga.com

it does a simple redirect to

f.gaga.com

where my forums lie..

Well when it works I get the following land page with my logo see pic1 but then i get pic2 with standard logo ( randomly) any ideas why?

What can I check on?

Did you change it via a stylevar? And did you change it for the correct style? And is that style set to be the default style in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Style Settings > Default Style?

Thanks Lynne I appreciate your answering.. I did that and then it turned blue.. but with the same original vbulletin logo.. upon thinking about what else could be off, I remembered that I recently had urljet my host upgrade my vbulletin and figured that was it ..possibly..
But alas when I re ftpd the logo it was still the original.. But then it hit me.. since my vbulletin is in a subfolder called "f" for f.gaga.com i could try there.. and there was the key. Ireplaced it in there and now it works.
