Adsense ads not showing on home page but showing on index.php and other pages

Hi,
i am facing a strange problem. My site is http://www.magestic.net/ and i have adsense code added on footer and header and postbit.
The strange thing is that the ads are not showing on home page header and footer i.e on http://www.magestic.net but showing on http://www.magestic.net/index.php and other threads and pages...
Can someone tell me why this problem occurs and how to fix it for home page?
