Facebook Connect.
Hey, so i've installed and enabled connect.
It works fine as far as pulling information and connecting. BUT when I go to "like" pages it likes the SITE and not the individual post. Also sometimes the meta details don't populate. Also if I click "publish post to Facebook" it all goes through but then nothing appears on Facebook. Please help. |

What do you mean you "installed and enabled" it? It's a default option, so you shouldn't be installing anything.
Invalid URL thingie, go to AdminCP > Settings > Options > Site Name/URL/etc > Redirect Domain Whitelist > add the URL there. |

vB 4.2
Redirect is now fixed - however NOW when my partner logs in they are logged in and then redirected to the homepage but shows as logged out. He then clicks the homepage logo and is logged in. This only happens the first time he logs in. ALSO - does vbulletin not support facebook like? It doesn't seem to pick up our meta tags and also appears under the post... |

Make sure your cookie domain is set to ".domain.com" (note the period at the beginning). Tell him to clear his cookies before logging in after you make the change.
Facebook like should work (but Publish to Facebook won't unless you do the fix here - http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBIV-15615 |

^I get PERMISSION VIOLATION on your FB link.
Testing cookie now, works perfect thank you. --------------- Added [DATE]1366387353[/DATE] at [TIME]1366387353[/TIME] --------------- ALSO our Facebook "like" button simply "likes" the general metatags NOT the individual post meta tags, how can we resolve this? It also pops under the post so isn't visible. |

Did you try this with a totally default style and no modifications (including no vbseo which changes the meta tags)?
