Hi,

I have popular WordPress blog for coupons niche and want to start bargainers community for that blog, So want to add forum to that only, No CMS, blog etc.

What should I do and which license would be best suitable for me?

The only license you can purchase is a vBulletin 5 suite license.

You can choose to use Vbulletin 3 4 or 5.

Choose the one you think works best for you, and disable or remove permissions from the things you don't want your users to have.

In simple words if you're looking for a small room to stay, the only way here is to buy a 4 rooms family apparment and lock the doors of the rooms that you'll never use
