Hello,
I found on my forum problm with moderator premissions. I saw that moderator with moderating permissions on forum x1 and x2 can move posts from forum x1/x2 to forum x3,x4,x5 etc. where he haven't moderating permissions. Where can I disable that moving? |

This is probably because you have them set as super moderator which means they can access all forums.

This is usergroup with trial moderators and I don't give this usergroup super moderator premissions - I check this two times before I wrote this thread.

Then you must have a modification that is circumventing the forum permissions.

I disabled all plugins and problem still occurs. I haven't custom changes in vbulletin script files.
EDIT: Is this possible that vbulletin 3 haven't moving permission and if I set "Can manage thread" as enabled moderator can move threads between every forum on my site? |

Check what permissions they do have for that forum and also group permissions if you still can't find the problem delete permissions and redo them

Looks like enabling "Can manage threads" allow moderators move threads to forum where they haven't moderating permissions. I can disable this option but then my moderators haven't permission to split and merge threads and this is problem for me. Anybody can confirm that moderators with enabled option "Can manage threads" can move threads to forum where they haven't permissions? |

It sorta has to work that way...if a moderator wants to move a thread that doesn't belong in his forum, he has to move it to somewhere else. Your moderators shouldn't be able to move messages out of forums they don't moderate...but they have to be able to move things into them, or else no moderator could ever move threads anywhere.

If they dont have permission to manage threads in the forum they are moving them to the action shouldn't take place, as ForceHSS says, it's probably best to null all permissions and start again so you know that forum moderators (not super moderators) are designated to set forums and then can manage threads between those forums.
