I know only Administrators and Super Moderators can see it, but I still want to make a general dark style for the Admin CP.

What would I edit to accomplish that? Obviously it's not in the style variables.

Just use the search function here, search for "admincp styles" and you'll find loads of stuff

Even with the ones you've downloaded you can change how they look, just open them in a text editor to see what's been done and where and start adjusting stuff one thing at a time, this way you get to learn how to manipulate particular parts of the css...etc for admincp
