I'm looking to write a mod for myself of something I wrote before, but I didn't like how I did it. So what I did was made a point market, i manually edited the files myself to add the points whenever they posted.

All I need to know is like how can I use hooks to get this done, so I don't have to do this if I switch forums, or even release it.
