help access problems forum

Hello,
I have to my forum Vbulletin version 4.2.0 Patch Level 3 and I have a serious problem.
Before 3-4 days the vps server has got a technical failure and it was down for about 2 hours.
After come back some services were not working properly and so when trying to login in the site i have an error
(Error 503: Service Temporarily Unavailable) with all the browser. With ccleaner problem solved but not for all users.
cleaning cookies and temp files)

For the users that they havent access to my forum i was doing some tests.

1. i make a test forum inside the real forum www.mydomain.gr/forum , and test forum is accessible by the users that they havent got access to the real forum

2. the domain ftp is accessible

3. the plesk server is accessible

4. From belongings our proxy server has access but not log in

5. When write in the broswer www.mydomain.gr they ware no access and automatically eject the error.

(Error 503: Service Temporarily Unavailable)

From the host searched all the files error logs of the server there is no record for error and can not be help anymore ......

Please some help
