Migrating from SMF: Old URL vs New???

My current SMF board URL structure is simple and pretty. It is site.com/board-name/post-title/

I am getting ready to migrate it to my VB install. Using the Mod Rewrite option, will my URLs be the same? If not, what can I do - without buying VBSEO?
