My users and I are unable to edit any posts all of a sudden. Was working fine before, but now if you try to save, go advanced, delete, cancel, all the buttons are unresponsive.

Any way to fix this?

Did your host just upgrade your server to PHP5.4? If so, tell them to go back to PHP5.3 or tell them to put you on a server running PHP5.3. vB4 is currently not compatible with PHP5.4

Go into General Settings and change the Ajax settings ("Disable problematic Ajax settings" worked for my boards), this MIGHT help.

The true 'fix' is as Lynne says; downgrade to php5.3, but if that's not an option you just have to wait for an update.
