Change urls and redirects?

I want to change it so that

vbulletin.com

on a thread doesnt change to

Vbulletin

it stays vbuletin.com

--------

and right now every link goes through

mysite.com/thelink.com

I only want it such that

it stays

thelink.com and not through my site link
