[HELP]Links under navbar not working

Hello everyone,
I made my header and navbar in fixed position by using the below code in additional.css

Code:

#header {height:100px;left:0;position:fixed;top:0;width:100%;z-index:1;}
#navtabs {height:100px;left:0;position:fixed;top:60px;width:100%;z-index:1;}

Now my problem is links under navbar are not working as shown in the below image

Please help me to make these links work.
