Hello all,
I've had multiple users write me that they are receiving a message they they've reached the maximum number of attachments and must delete some before being able to upload others. However in the Admincp under "Settings" -> "Options" -> "Message attachment options" -> "Limit Space Taken Up By Attachments (Total)", I have entered in 0 which is supposed to indicate no maximum limit. What can I do to allow my users to upload more attachments? I am trying to figure out the max limit of attachments we seem to have right now and if it's static or variable, based on attachment sizes somehow - although it shouldn't be from what I see. Thank you! |

Check also under Usergroups -> Manage Usergroups... Select any relevant ones (probably Registered Users) and update this setting:
Space (in bytes) that a user's total attachment usage may consume (Set to 0 to not have a limit) |
