Anyone know of any mod that forces a member to vote on a poll?

I already installed the "force member to read thread" mod, but I need something to force them to vote on a poll.

I'm not sure what you mean by "force", but there's this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=256079 which stops a user from posting in that thread before they vote.
