I realise it probably isn't down but for the past four days everytime I try to access vb.com website I basically get page cannot be found, this is since I dropped the an email requesting my account details for one of my accounts as I lost the information from a backup drive it was on.

Just trying to confirm that the site is working in which case I'm probably blocked from accessing it somehow.

Are you going to http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/ ? That is up and running.

I have tried a variety of URL's Lynne including the above but nothing is working for me, as I said since I sent them an email asking for my details I have been unable to access the site at all.

I've been trying to access it all week to get hold of a language pack.

I didn't put a ticket in I emailed them from my different account which is connected to fpcforums still unable to access it. I don't actually need support I just need to get the french language pack from my vb.com account for vb4

But its concerning I haven't been able to access vb.com this entire week since I sent the email.

As I feared, so somewhere along the line I have been blocked, I checked everything my side, firewall etc and I haven't blocked it, so it has to be from vb.com
