I'm experiencing a few issues within my ACP. I'm not sure why?

The tables on the left margin can only be either all collapsed or expanded, not just a few expanded or collapsed together as it should be. Secondly, the permissions will not allow me to select yes and no for usergroups, (all) it only allows me the option of yes or no for all settings. Lastly, the user profiles aren't tabbed any longer. How would I fix that? Also, the B,I,Color, IMG, URL, etc don't work in the VM options.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Reupload all your default vbulletin files and rerun the upgrade.php script.
