How to do these Modifications

Hi

I have searched on vbulletin.org for following modifications but didn't find anything so i am asking question here Pl suggest how i can do these modifications:

1. At present meta description are fetched from topics how i can reduce it to 180 words only.
2. Is there any mod or modification available who remove date and include author name in search engine index old and new pages.
3. How i can interlink other posts/threads automatically (2-3 words interlinking) of matching words in post.
4. Is there any mod or modification available for adding star rating in indexing pages. means star rating shows in search result on google.
5. It is possible to add google profile pictures(google authorship) in search result pages like most of bloggers using this method for trustworthy site.
