How to put a picture below the username if we have already a title

I'd like to know how to add these medals like this just below the username knowledge that i've already a title & rank (I hesitate between rank or title) :



I already have the medal which is like this :



I just add that i've already a rank & title for each usergroup.

Make ranks stack, have you tried that
