Is there a MOD which will place a country flag in a users postbit_legacy based on the IP address. ?

Don't think I've seen one that posts it based on the users IP Address, but there us this mod

If I remember correctly Snog has such a mod - based off of Boofo's mod. It's a paid mod - $20 I think.
