Wordpress Forms into Vbulletin forum

Hello,

I have a Wordress website and a Vbulletin forum.
On my site, I have a page containing a recruitment form. I use Quform to do this : http://www.quform.com/

Currently, when a person filled out the form, it is automatically save in my WP backoffice.
I would like to automatically send the entire result into my Vbulletin forum.

Quform developers told me I need to use a hook to do that.
They already gave me all I need to export my result but I don't know how to create automatically a post in Vbulletin with my previous export.

There is an official documentation which can help me to create a thread in vBulletin (php code hook) ? I have find this one, but it's seems quite old...
