Move Navbar below header image

Hello. I'm trying to figure out how to move the entire navbar below the header background image.

Right now the navbar is appearing on TOP of the header background image, and I can't seem to find anyway to make the entire navbar move down about 300 px or so.

Any ideas?

Thanks
