This is the Notifications thing I'm talking about: http://i.imgur.com/dNNSxVk.png

I already have set up a mod-only forum that posts user reports, but it would be awesome if user reports also light up the above Notifications element for moderators/admins (similar to when I get a private message or a moderated post I need to clear).

Is there anything like that for VB4.2.0pl3?
